The 2019 CN30 under Thirty took place at Camm & Hooper’s Morton Society, London, on 23 October. The annual event was once again supported by Cvent, the Vox Venue, and Switzerland Tourism.
The event celebrated the latest intake of young event professionals under 30, who have shown outstanding talent and drive within the industry. The sectors represented included agencies, corporates, entrepreneurs, technology pioneers and professional conference organisers.
The venue showcased its facilities by entertaining a drinks and canapé reception upstairs before ushering guests to their downstairs seating for the awards ceremony and networking.
Martin Fullard, Conference’s News editor, opened the evening with a warm welcoming speech, congratulating the rising stars before moving on to the awards.
The winners were awarded by the sponsors and also had the opportunity to have professional photos taken to commemorate the evening and their success.
Guests then experienced a unique cheese making and gin tasting experience, which was hosted by Francis Gimblett from Taste of the Vine.
Throughout the experience, attendees were asked cheese related trivia questions, creating an enjoyable and social atmosphere which continued throughout the evening.
