Backed by leisure and tourism destination insights and consumer experience research, Tempt Marketing has been established to provide marketing strategy, online and offline communications, public relations and event management, claiming to drill down into brands and devise a plan that helps them to the next level. The new agency claims to unpick the process between operations, marketing and sales to implement integrated campaigns successfully for brands, venues and suppliers within the conference and events industry.

The Tempt Marketing team is currently formed by a small collection of freelancers and individuals, headed up by founder and consultant Beccy Gibson. Gibson has over 13 years’ experience working within the hospitality and events industry with an MSc in International Events and Conference Management and a Professional Diploma with The Chartered Institute of Marketing.

On the launch of the agency, she said: “I’m very excited to have created an agency brand, however this is just the start of the journey for Tempt. The vision is to scale up and build an in-house team that disrupts, influences and becomes a familiar resource for an eclectic mix of brands within the industry.”

Gibson has taken Tempt Marketing through the Tech Manchester programme and has with being recently accepted onto the Natwest Entrepreneur Accelerator Programme and bases the business at their ‘Hub’ in Manchester city centre.

The agency’s current portfolio includes; Victoria Warehouse, Bitter Twisted Events, Village Point, Unique Venues of Manchester and The FutureMakers Leadership programme.
