Sodexo has announced it is bolstering its team at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, with the appointment of Marco Nobrega as head chef and Sara Gray as recruitment and training executive.
Nobrega will join the kitchen at the Gateway restaurant, leading the food and beverage team. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the industry and will look to introduce new concepts to the restaurant’s menu, using locally sourced produce.
Gray’s primary focus will be on the continued development of the team at the Botanics and looking for new and innovative ways to improve the venue’s offering. She has previously helped over 300 clients into employment.

With these key appointments in place we are in a strong position to bring in the New Year, they will both be pivotal in supporting our plans for growth and innovation in 2019.
