Under the Bridge, an events venue contained within Chelsea Football Club‘s Stamford Bridge, hosted ‘The XX Series An Evening With’ on Monday 8 October, as part of Leaders Week London (8 – 11 October 2018).
2019 is set to be an outstanding year for women’s sport and the event provided a focus and platform for its on-going development. Hosted by Gabby Logan, the event presented an evening of discussion and debate around the commercialisation and importance of women’s sport.
The event included a chat show style discussion with Chelsea Ambassador Katie Chapman, Chelsea Women’s Team Manager Emma Hayes, and Chelsea Women’s Team Chairman Adrian Jacob.
‘The XX Series An Evening With’ was attended by 200 influential leaders in the sports industry from around the world, who are at the heart of driving the growth of women’s sport, and amplifying the contribution of women working in sport around the world.
The event was part of the initiative created with Chelsea Football Club Chairman Bruce Buck, and the Chelsea Football Club team.

The event provided Chelsea Football Club the opportunity to showcase the world-class facilities and diverse offering at Under the Bridge.
