The opening at Doncaster Racecourse of the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in late summer 2018 should be a game-changer for conferencing and exhibitions in the town.
The iconic racing venue has undergone a transformative rebrand with the new hotel part of a new ‘Conventex’ event centre able to accommodate plenaries for up to 1,200 delegates.
Just 90 minutes from London on the East Coast Main Line, Doncaster is aiming to be known for more than just horse racing.
The 154-room Hilton Garden Inn Hotel is a minute’s walk from the main conference and exhibition hall and all part of one Conventex brand.

The racecourse also offers free parking for up to 3,000 cars, and can hold over 10,000 people at any one time.
The Exhibition Hall offers 3,400sqm of space and the course also has 40 private suites which can be used as breakout rooms adjoining the large conference spaces.
