Apex Hotels has collected a top industry accolade at this year’s HR Network Scotland National Awards, scooping HR Team of the Year.
The hotel’s HR team, which oversees around 1,050 employees across 13 locations including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, London, and the newly launched Apex City of Bath Hotel, was recognised for its ability to support its workforce within the fast paced, labour intensive industry.
Robert Allan, human resources director at Apex Hotels, said: “We were up against some very well-known organisations in Scotland, across all sectors, so to be a winner on the night is a huge achievement and one that we are really proud of.”
The Awards Gala Dinner attracted over 800 guests from the world of HR and People Development and Management in Scotland and is regarded as the ‘must attend’ event in the Scottish business calendar.
