London venue The O2 has announced it is targeting film production companies, as venue expansions further its capability to host high-profile events.
The O2 has previously hosted the BRIT Awards and National Television Awards, as well as a public red carpet space within The O2’s Entertainment District.
VIP screenings and film premieres can take place in the 785 capacity Superscreen in Cineworld, or by utilising the mass audience potential of the 21,000 capacity arena, thousands of fans can enjoy the experience alongside A-list stars. The arena’s flexible configurations mean screenings of all natures can be housed comfortably, from independent films to the biggest blockbusters.
Specialists at catering for artist after parties to the world’s biggest stars, The O2 is able to offer the film industry a range of flexible spaces in close proximity to the main event. The 3,000 capacity club Building Six, the premium American Express Invites Lounge, and sleek lounge-bar NYLON can all be utilised for post-film celebrations, additional fringe events and activations.
