IET Venues appoints marketing campaign manager

IET Venues has appointed Amy Wilson as marketing campaign manager for their sites in London, Birmingham and Glasgow.

Wilson has worked for well-known brands including the East Anglian Air Ambulance – where she joins the IET from – and Alzheimer’s Research UK, in a variety of roles including fundraising and marketing.

The role spans the IET Venues group – including IET London: Savoy Place, which reopened in 2016 following a £30m, two-year refurbishment and recently announced record enquiries; Austin Court in Birmingham and the Teacher Building in Glasgow. Mainly based in London, Amy will be responsible for developing and implementing venue-marketing campaigns to the conference, event and wedding markets, as well as to internal customers.

Wilson says, “I am really excited to join such a prestigious team with a stellar reputation in the industry as the IET. As a group the IET is known for implementing creative and highly effective marketing campaigns, I’m keen to get stuck in and look forward to learning and developing some exciting incentives for the coming months and future.”
