Event services company Sodexo UK & Ireland has unveiled a new structure for its UK sales team within its Sports & Leisure division.
The company says the restructure is aimed at aligning its teams across Conference & Banqueting and Corporate Hospitality to generate a greater synergy and boost the sales performance.
UK Sales will be headed by Amanda Brown in the newly created role of UK sales director.
Sodexo’s MD Sports & Leisure Austin Tilsley, said: “We have ambitious plans over the next few years to grow our business; in order to achieve this we need to have the right structure and framework in place for the teams to deliver. We have significantly invested to ensure we have the right senior people in the team.”
Tilsley added that he expected the new sales set up to create more regional autonomy.
