An events agency is aiming to double its turnover in the wake of a rebrand.

Manchester based Team Spirit is repositioning itself in the marketplace and preparing to grow the business.

Ian Taylor, chief engagement officer, said the firm plans to boost turnover to £8m in the next three years.

He said: “Team Spirit’s old logo and strapline of ‘Refreshingly Different Events’ served them well over the past 22 years, however in recent years their business, diversity of event services and clients has led to a reconsideration of positioning in the marketplace.

“For a number of years now we’ve been delivering at a high level, to our current customers, across the whole spectrum of experiential events. Conferences, meetings, away days, awards ceremonies, the list goes on, but, and a big but, if you didn’t know us or what we could do, we still looked like, brand wise, a teambuilding company that can do other stuff – that’s until now, until today! We’ve grown up we come with a new look.

“We have ambitious plans for Team Spirit and are currently on target to more than double our turnover to £8m in the next three years. The new Team Spirit brand positions us perfectly to do this.

“Our vision at Team Spirit, I could only describe it one way… I want everyone who experiences a Team Spirit event to one day tell their grandchildren about it! It’s bold, I know, but that sums us up perfectly.”
