Central Hall Westminster has teamed up with caterer Kudos and opened a public retail catering outlet, in the style of a street café.
The street café will run until September 2015, when Westminster is at its busiest.
A serving station advertises a menu that’s 100% homemade by Kudos at Central Hall. The idea behind the new design is to create ‘grab & go’ food and drink for visitors to Central Hall.
Retail director at Kudos, Josh Beth said: “We spotted the opportunity to capitalise on a busy footfall area, and together with CHW, decided to add this additional area, allowing us to cater for a larger market.
“The surrounding area attracts many tourists and sees a vast amount of commuters pass through daily. The street café offers a fast and efficient service with our menus offering a taste of the best locally sourced produce, all prepared on site.”
