Mobile event app specialist DoubleDutch announced, at International Confex in Olympia London today (18 February), the release of its ‘Event Permance’ real time analytics platform. The product is designed to get organisers closer to their audience and improve event outcomes.

Event Permance helps organisers monitor content and engagement metrics as the event happens by sucing the data generated from the DoubleDutch-powered mobile app.

“Event Permance is the culmination of a much broader vision,” said Lucian Beebe, the company’s VP of Product.

“We were building an app that was architected from the ground up to give organisers the data they need to transform the way they run events. Most analytics reports generated by app engagement can provide post-event data. We seek to also provide visibility into event permance on the day of the event.”

Event professionals can use the data that the app generates to take action to improve app adoption, attendee engagement, and overall sentiment, before it’s too late.

Once attendees are in the app, organisers can track content trends and which sessions can anticipate the most traffic. Recommendations encourage organisers to use push messages to promote less popular sessions and boost attendance.
