Loughborough University conference brand imago has appointed Helen Lowrie (pictured) as Business Development Manager (Agencies), as the organisation focuses on growth in the agency market.

Lowrie previously held venue finding and management roles with agencies including Ashfield Meetings and Events (formerly Universal World Events) and Zibrant, working with clients in the utilities, pharmaceuticals and automotives sectors.

“imago has achieved much success over the years and I was drawn to the organisation’s friendly yet professional approach to the events industry,” says Lowrie.

Emma Boynton, Head of Sales and Marketing at imago, adds: “Helen’s experience in the events industry will only serve to strengthen our strategy going forward. The agency market is growing all the time and we’re looking forward to using Helen’s experience which will allow us to take advantage of these new opportunities.”
